The Three Sisters, Prince Henry Cliff Walk and Giant Stairway

The Three Sisters is probably the most famous attraction of Katoomba, perhaps even of the Blue Mountain region in its entirety.  We went to Echo Point first (the central tourist area) before walking a bit on the Prince Henry Cliff walk, which included some impressive rocks and expansive vistas.  Then we headed over to the Giant Stairway, which leads you down toward the Three Sisters and then down into the valley.  (We did not go into the valley, though; that would have to wait for another time.)

We saw several King Parrots on our way to the stairway

"Three Sisters - Giant Stairway officially opened by
Hon. B.S.B. Stevens, M.L.A. Premier of NSW 1st October, 1932."
More importantly: "Steps Cut by Ranger McKay"
"Giant Stairway - Very Steep - Strong Walkers Only"
The sign reads, "The Giant Stairway descends about 900 steps to
join the Dardenelles Pass which links to the Federal Pass.."
We did not go down all 900 steps, just far down enough to the bridge.
