Koalas and More at the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary

The shiny koala noses must be rubbed for good luck!
We saw a couple scuffling Eastern Water Dragons. It was the time of year for males to fight.
Wombats look a bit like giant hamsters to me..
Bum in the gum.
Another scuffle
Sleepy Tasmanian Devil
A tawny frogmouth, sleeping in a tree.
The tawny frogmouth in the enclosure
Noisy Miner
The red-tailed black cockatoos were having a sweet moment together.

Wallabies and kangaroos in the fenced off enclosure
Big Red, having an afternoon nap.
It wouldn't be a trip to the zoo without a token goat!
A big goanna.  I still can't believe Reid saw one of these in the wild!
