Driving Back to Launceston

Our last day in Tasmania consisted of driving from the Bay of Fires back toward Launceston in order to catch our flight out the following morning.  It wasn't too far of a drive and we only had a couple places in mind to stop, so we had morning tea on the beach before setting out.  We took a little detour to Pyengana, a small village just off the main road to taste some cheese at the Pyengana Dairy Company, had lunch at a lookout in between the Mt Victoria and Blue Tier Forest Reserves, stopped in Scottsdale to go to Little Rivers Brewing Co. (unfortunately, they were closed that particular Saturday afternoon.)  We stayed in the village of Targa overnight, which as far as we can tell, consists entirely of the caravan park.  (It's a very nice caravan park.)
